Natalie joined as a Silicone support Technician in 2009, moving quickly on to become a Silicone Technician training how to create high-definition silicone.

Natalie has lead teams and trained up now long-standing colleagues. As well as travelling to our partner clinics to see patients, Natalie’s week can vary from sculpting, cast work, signing off products and supporting the team in general.

Natalie’s career started after studying 3D design at University. Following her degree, she went on to work as an architectural and television model maker. After reading about Silicone by Dorset Orthopaedic Natalie was keen to get involved and use her skill set to help others.

Natalie still finds the work very rewarding and enjoys seeing our patients, helping them through their journey and watching the positive results we achieve as a team.

Natalie has a little family that keep very active out on the water with a variety of sports. Being creative outside of work is also important to Natalie, continually doing courses from painting to sculpting.
