Ann-Marie

Ann-Marie is a Lead Technician within the silicone department and joined Dorset Orthopaedic in 2008.

Ann-Marie has a background in the Arts with a degree in ‘Product, Furniture and Interior Design’ from the Arts University Bournemouth and a Diploma in fine art from University for the Creative Arts in Epsom.

Ann-Marie has worked not only in the silicone department in her time at Dorset Orthopaedic, but she also undertook a two-year training program within the prosthetic department, which has given her extensive knowledge of all products and processes within the business.

As part of her role within the silicone department, Ann-Marie is involved in building relationships and new partnerships with international clinics, something that’s she relishes.

Outside of work you will often see Ann-Marie competing in sport challenges such as long-distance cycling and running. In 2019, along with other members of the department, Ann-Marie took part in the Arctic One Para Triathlon with several of our clients.

She also completed the three parks challenge in 2016, together with her friends they raised over £2000 for the limbless association, one of the charities supported by Dorset Orthopaedic.
